Welcome to ReGive – a community-driven platform where people can give away unwanted items and others can claim them for free. By using the ReGive mobile application (the “App”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern your use of the App. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • No tolerance for objectionable, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Users must follow community guidelines.
  • Accounts violating terms may be suspended or removed.
  • Users must agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy during signup before accessing the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use ReGive. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Purpose of the App

ReGive is intended solely for the free exchange of goods. No buying, selling, or trading of items is allowed on the platform.

User Responsibilities

By using ReGive, you agree to:

  • Only post items you legally own and have the right to give away.

  • Not request or offer money in exchange for items.

  • Arrange item pickups in a respectful, lawful, and safe manner.

  • Not use ReGive for commercial gain, resale, or solicitation.

  • Respect other users and not engage in harassment, threats, or abuse.

Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed or exchanged through ReGive:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Alcohol or tobacco products

  • Prescription medications

  • Hazardous or recalled items

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic or explicit materials

  • Food or perishable goods (unless clearly labeled and packaged safely)

We reserve the right to remove any posts or accounts that violate these rules.

User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post on ReGive, including item descriptions, images, and any communication with other users. By posting content, you grant ReGive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the App.

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content

  • Infringe on others’ intellectual property

  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data

Disclaimers

  • ReGive does not inspect, verify, or guarantee the quality, condition, or safety of items listed.

  • All exchanges are made at your own risk, and ReGive is not liable for loss, injury, damage, or disputes arising from use of the platform.

  • Items are exchanged “as is,” with no warranties.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to ReGive at any time if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or abusive way.

Privacy

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

User Reporting

Every chat message and user profile has a “Report” option. Reported content is sent to our admin panel for moderation.

User Blocking

Users can block or mute other users from their profile, which prevents further contact.

Moderation

Our team reviews reported content daily and removes inappropriate/abusive content or bans users if needed.
